2021 Woodshed Chardonnay
This wine is a collaboration with our dear neighbor Eugenia Keegan, drawing fruit from two of the Willamette Valley’s regeneratively farmed vineyards in Dundee and Eola-Amity Hills. We aged it on the lees for 10 months in twice-used French oak barrels, and the resulting wine is refreshing and vibrant. Lemon on the nose leads to a palate of brûléed pear, ginger, and a dash of salt. The finish is satsuma orange, coriander, and honeysuckle. Delightful with seafood, or just sitting on the back porch during a late summer afternoon. Drink now until 2029. 13.3% ABV. $90

2019 Woodshed Le Freak Pinot Noir
During barrel tastings for our 2019 vintage two barrels stood out—something about them just hit differently. Their energy was undeniable. Not wanting to lose their distinctiveness in a larger blend, we decided to let them shine on as Le Freak. The nose of this wine is fresh and loaded with just-picked blackberries and black cherries, while the bold mid-palate balances ripe cherry and plum notes with cola, pine sap, and eucalyptus. The finish is endless, with hints of spruce tip and wet stone lingering for minutes. This special bottling is drinking exceptionally well today, and will continue to mature for the next 10 years. Drink now until 2035. ABV: 13.9%. Two barrels. $135 - Allocation list exclusive

2018 Woodshed Le Freak Pinot Noir
While tasting through barrels, three stood out: vivid, untamed, exceptional. It was too good to blend away, so we set them aside to create Le Freak: a tiny, one-of-a-kind lot as a singular expression of this unique site. This wine was made from our 1992 plantings of own-rooted Pommard and Wädenswil blended with old vine fruit. The nose is fresh with ripe black cherry, cassis, and orange blossom. The palate is black cherry cola and raspberry, bramble, and crushed violets, with a long finish redolent of figs, candied orange peel, eucalyptus leaf, and baking spice. This special bottling is drinking exceptionally today, and will continue to mature for the next 5 years. Drink now until 2032. 13.7% ABV. 3 barrels produced. $125 - Allocation list exclusive

2015 Woodshed Extended Tirage Brut Rosé
This sparkling rosé is from 1979 old vine Pinot Noir sourced from a historic vineyard in the Yamhill-Carlton AVA, grown in Willakenzie soil and dry farmed at an elevation of 400 to 500 feet. After primary fermentation of 4 tons of fruit, the rosé was kept en tirage on the lees for over 10 years. After disgorgement, we used our own Thirsty Boots Vineyard Chardonnay as the dosage. The resulting wine is both aromatically complex on the nose and lip-smackingly delicious on the palate. Ripe and candied red fruits are equally matched with savory umami notes and bright minerality, with a subtle mousse that can only be achieved with time. This wine will be equally at home with holiday dinners, fine company, or just sitting back and savoring every sip. Drink now. ABV: 12.5%. 79 cases produced. $110 - Allocation list exclusive to be released November 2, 2025
