Our 2015 Woodshed Extended Tirage Brut Rosé is finally out and the perfect pairing for your upcoming holiday plans. This sparkling rosé is made from old vine Pinot Noir planted in 1979, with the dosage from our own Thirsty Boots Vineyard Chardonnay. On the nose is red cherry and strawberry leaf, with a bold palate of candied alpine strawberry, ripe peach, and lemon peel. The long mineral finish has hints of oyster brine and citrus, inviting another sip. Even with 10 years aging on the lees, this wine is exuberant.

We only made 75 cases of this wine, and this may be your only chance to acquire before it sells out.
